Return & exchange policy
We have a 14-day return policy which means that if you change your mind and decide to return some items from your order, you will have 14 days after receiving your item to place a return request online and post your parcel. The shipping is not included in 14-day period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please go to your profile or click here. Select the order/item you wish to return and a reason for the return. Once submitted and approved you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions and a request to provide a tracking number of your parcel. Items sent back to us without requesting a return or without a tracking number will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if a refund or size/item swap was approved.
